Welcome to Sizzle, a food ordering platform developed by OtterlyGood Ltd ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the Sizzle mobile application and related services ("App"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy.
2. Services Provided
Sizzle enables users to browse and order food from participating restaurants. OtterlyGood Ltd does not own, prepare, or deliver the food; we simply provide the platform to facilitate transactions between users and restaurants. All food and drink preparation is handled solely by the merchant.
For allergy advice or specific ingredient information, you must contact the merchant directly. Sizzle does not provide any guarantees regarding allergens or dietary restrictions.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to place orders.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Orders and Payments
Orders placed via Sizzle are binding, and payments must be made through the App.
Prices are set by the restaurants and may be subject to change.
Refunds or cancellations are subject to the restaurant’s policies.
5. Third-Party Services
Sizzle integrates with third-party restaurants, payment processors, and delivery services. We are not responsible for their actions, services, or any damages resulting from their use.
6. User Conduct
By using the App, you agree not to:
Violate any laws or regulations.
Use the App for fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
Attempt to disrupt, modify, or interfere with the App’s functionality.
7. Limitation of Liability
OtterlyGood Ltd is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
Errors or delays in food preparation or delivery.
Quality, safety, or hygiene of food ordered through the App.
Unauthorized access to your account.
Any allergic reactions, dietary issues, or food safety concerns. Users must verify all information with the merchant before placing an order.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology related to Sizzle are the property of OtterlyGood Ltd. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
